Casa Selva is built in tall jungle, only a few minutes away from one of the world’s most well kept shorelines, Xpu Ha (between Tulum and Playa del Carmen) with white coral sand and endless blue caribbean water. You will find spider monkey, ozelot, jaguar, lizard, deer and of course the common quati, the long-tailed racoon.

The villa is nestled on top of the Yucatan peninsula’s typical cenote ground, which means there is fresh water on the lot, just a few steps from the house in an underground stalactite cave where the wild animals come to drink. 

All rooms are designed carefully to make the most of the day, bouncing natural light to enlighten the rooms. It also has its own energy plant adjusting to your specific energy requirements.

Spaces are open and functional. The two main ensuite bathrooms have private jungle views directly from the baths. The living room and kitchen allows for great cooking and dining.

With consideration for the environemnt, the villa has been equipped with a brand new, state of the art, energyplant technology. Meaning even deep into the Maya jungle, you’ll never run out of energy.
